Summative User Research

Summative research is also known as validation user testing because it is conducted when you are you are done with the design of your site/app/product. We recommend that this type of testing happen in the environments that your users will be using your products. Additionally, you’ll want to make sure that you capture metrics that allow you to gauge if your product is go-to-market ready.
